We provide comprehensive site evaluation services including electrical capacity and load analysis, grid connectivity assessment, usage pattern and demand modeling, regulatory and permitting review, and site layout optimization. Our assessments provide the foundation for charging infrastructure that performs reliably for years.
We install Level 2 and DC fast charging stations from leading manufacturers, from single units to multi-charger hubs. Our installation services cover the full scope of electrical work, mounting, connectivity, and commissioning, performed by certified electricians and tested to ensure reliable operation.
We design the electrical infrastructure that supports charging operations, including transformer sizing and specification, panel upgrades and distribution design, load management and power distribution systems, backup power and resilience planning, and utility interconnection coordination.
We integrate chargers with network management platforms, payment processing systems, and user experience applications. Every charger we deploy is connected, monitored, and manageable from day one, with OCPP protocol configuration and API integration with existing systems.
We deploy intelligent load management and analytics systems that optimize charging operations and reduce energy costs. This includes dynamic load management, peak demand reduction, energy cost optimization, usage analytics, predictive maintenance, and renewable energy integration.
We provide round-the-clock monitoring, maintenance, and support to keep charging infrastructure operating at peak performance. This includes 24/7 remote monitoring, preventive maintenance, rapid response to issues, software updates, and performance optimization.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any Service engagement are defined in a separate service agreement between Zeus Electric Chargers LLC and the Client. These Terms govern the general use of our Website and serve as the baseline terms for all Service engagements unless modified by a separate written agreement.
All Content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Zeus Electric Chargers LLC or its licensors and is protected by Intellectual Property Rights under applicable law. Zeus Electric Chargers LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services if invoices remain unpaid for more than sixty (60) days, subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement and applicable law.
Confidentiality is fundamental to our business, particularly given the sensitive site specifications, electrical infrastructure details, and network configurations we handle during service engagements. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed by the other party in the course of engaging with our Website or Services.
Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, site specifications, electrical infrastructure details, network configurations, charging session data, business plans, financial information, client lists, pricing information, trade secrets, and any other information that is reasonably understood to be confidential or proprietary based on its nature or the circumstances of disclosure.
Each party agrees to use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of providing or receiving Services, to protect it with at least the same degree of care used to protect its own confidential information (but no less than reasonable care), and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or to employees and contractors who need to know and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service engagement and remain in effect for a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure, or indefinitely for trade secrets and information that constitutes a trade secret under applicable law.
Zeus Electric Chargers LLC warrants that its Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for EV charging infrastructure services. If a Client identifies a deficiency in the Services within thirty (30) days of delivery, Zeus Electric Chargers LLC will, at its option, re-perform the deficient work or adjust the fees, provided that the deficiency is brought to our attention in writing within the warranty period.
Charging equipment, hardware, and related components installed by Zeus Electric Chargers LLC are typically covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We pass through manufacturer warranties to the Client where applicable, but we do not independently warrant the performance of third-party equipment. Warranty claims for equipment are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable manufacturer warranty.
Our Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeus Electric Chargers LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
While we strive to deliver high-uptime charging infrastructure and maintain a 99% uptime target for managed services, we do not guarantee 100% availability. Charging infrastructure may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, grid outages, network disruptions, or factors beyond our control. We work diligently to minimize downtime and restore service as quickly as possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zeus Electric Chargers LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, business interruption, or cost of substitute services, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Zeus Electric Chargers LLC arising out of or related to these Terms or the provision of Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to Zeus Electric Chargers LLC for the specific Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Given the nature of our Services, Clients acknowledge that charging infrastructure performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including grid availability, network connectivity, equipment reliability, and user behavior. Zeus Electric Chargers LLC shall not be liable for outcomes resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.
The limitations and exclusions in this section apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zeus Electric Chargers LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party, or any content or information you submit to us.

Unless otherwise specified, either party may terminate a service engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for Services performed up to the effective date of termination become immediately due and payable.
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive and remain in effect.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or to the use of our Website or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Sutter County, California, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these Terms.

Zeus Electric Chargers LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms or any service agreement to the extent such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, grid failures, telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, or other similar events ("Force Majeure Events").
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Zeus Electric Chargers LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable. If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate the affected service engagement without penalty. Fees paid in advance for Services not performed due to a Force Majeure Event will be prorated and refunded or credited.
The party affected by a Force Majeure Event shall promptly notify the other party of the event, its expected duration, and the steps being taken to mitigate its impact. Failure to provide timely notice may limit the protections of this section.
These Terms, together with any service agreement entered into between you and Zeus Electric Chargers LLC and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of our Website and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms.
